300 Passengers Stranded In Various States Are Being Brought To Kharagpur

Due to Lockdown, the passengers who are trapped in various states are being brought to Kharagpur, in this connection, the passengers of Mumbai Bandra-Howrah and Delhi-Bhubaneswar capital were sent home after medical examination yesterday on Sunday.

After getting off the passenger train, including West Medinipur, all of them got medical examination and were sent to their house by bus. Yesterday afternoon, Bandra-Howrah Shramik Special train reached Kharagpur station at around two o'clock, after some time, about 300 passengers left for Howrah, landed in Kharagpur, who are residents of West Medinipur, Jhargram, East Medinipur and Bankura district. After following the social distancing, the bus was taken to Kharagpur Mahakama Hospital and after medical examination, everyone was sent home.
